Wish I could give 10 stars, they are amazing. We had the saddest moment in our life with the passing of our dearest son, but they went above and beyond to, with love and empathy, guide us through the most challenging time of our life. Its been a few years since our memorial service, but the thought of their love and compassion has never left me. I am grateful for their care and service.
Lance Nelson at Nelson Family Mortuary was nothing short of amazing and perfect for our father. NFM took very good care of our father and our family from the quick response and timely manner of picking up our father from UVRH to their amazing clean facility to their pricing, to their services, educating our family, making our mother feel welcomed and comfortable with their services they offer to the program design and printing, online obituary, online streaming live for our families overseas to watch our fathers services, the care and transporting our father to the chapel then to cemetery where we laid our father to rest. We were so appreciative of the kind, professional service and care from everyone at Nelson Family Mortuary for my dad’s funeral services. They helped us plan every detail, including the program design, printing, and a slideshow for the service. We never felt like we were being “sold” anything or pressured in any way. The facility is just lovely and we now have nice memories of a beautiful service. In tough times like these, you really appreciate nice people like everyone at Nelson Family Mortuary.
