Dr Devin McClean and Dr Matt McClean are the absolute BEST at what they do! If you have a spine related problem I wold give them the highest recommendation possible ... 10 STARS if it were an option!!!

I moved to Provo from Chicago in March 2026. My primary concern was finding a Chiropractor to continue the repair of my spine which started in 2019 when I crushed a vertebra. I was fortunate to find Dr. Matt McClean! From diagnoses to a plan of care, he was through and accurate. Over the first five months of therapy and traction, miracles happened. Pain diminished, feeling in my left leg returned, and completing everyday tasks became easier. I am grateful for the exceptional service I receive at McClean Chiropractic Spine Care Specialists.

Matt has been a wonderful chiropractor. Brandy from the Brain and Spine Center in Lehi referred me to him. I have been seeing him for over a year now and although I don't go as often as I should, I ALWAYS have immediate results.
They offer mobile imaging which actually shows what's happening to the spine as you move! This imaging is rare to find in Utah practices. This allowed Matt to tailor my treatment on a deeper and more precise level. I have some upper cervical issues as well as slight kyphosis which causes SI joint issues.
He and his staff have been a God send! He listens to my every need and does an incredible job of explaining what's going on!
