I came in for the first time, the experience was great, I was brought in, taken back, asked what I wanted done, we talked about it and then the stylist started, she stopped several times through the cut to make sure I liked what we were doing with my hair, she made sure I liked it and asked if there were any other areas that I wanted adjusted etc., it was a great experience especially considering I came in as a walk-in on Christmas eve.

I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips today. I go every 6-8 weeks and they always do a great job. Today, I went in and got my haircut, but I’m so high maintenance that I swung by later that night after realizing I actually wanted it even shorter on top. When I swung by later that day, they fixed exactly what I wanted in 3 minutes. I feel like a lot of places wouldn’t do that. Katie did a phenomenal job.

I try to give ratings based on value. So, although they don't give the best haircut I've ever had, they are fine and the lower price and shorter visit is great! Don't hesitate to give direction as your hair is cut so it ends up the way you like.
