I went in to get my hair cut below my chin and angled down from the back. I walked out with a haircut that was above my chin, blunt, uneven, and not at all what I asked for. The stylist was cutting at the literal speed of light, nicked my neck with the scissors, and sprayed water directly in my eyes. The haircut wasn't terrible but I'm not sure I trust them to cut my hair again.

Hear me out - I took my kid to NOT THIS LOCATION but the other today to touch up a haircut and it was a horrible experience. She butchered him. He wanted to cry and he’s 14! She had called out the previous customer for not tipping and I wasn’t surprised. I asked her to fix 5 things and she begrudgingly did but ended up making it worse.
Why does that matter? I haven’t had a haircut since I lost my hair to chemo. Today was supposed to shape my regrowth and be a fresh start. I told the other stylist I couldn’t go through with it because the girl who butchered...read full review
Brooke did a great job with my cut and trim—exactly what I wanted. She was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience relaxing. The wash was great too, and my hair feels healthy and refreshed. Highly recommend Brooke!
