Sam Zander came out to rekey our locks and did a great job! There were a lot of issues with the locks but he was very persistent. He made sure everything was working before he left, even though he ended up having to spend a lot more time than he had anticipated. Great guy!!

We had Sam from Arco come and re-key our property. We had an issue with the door (that was totally our fault) and he still came out to the property to fix the issue. He was great at communicating and did an amazing job!

Joe, the locksmith from Arco Lock, was professional, personable, and finished the job in a timely fashion. He came on time during the time frame promised. He also helped us by resetting the code on our garage door key pad.
