I really liked the app, online self check in, it was so nice and very helpful along with a coupon to lower the already great price.

Please change the appointment scheduling so I don't have to wait until 8 a.m. to schedule as I would like an 8 a.m. appointment. Some stylists aren't staying current on other ways of cutting hair and keep relying on what they learned years ago. They need updating and seem to do as little as will be allowed. I'm not always pleased with the cut I get because it isn't consistent from stylist to stylist, and I have to tell them what to do to make my hair lie flat and so I can curl it under.

They listen to you, they have conversations with you if you want to talk. Their prices are better than where I used to go. The staff are nice, they cut your hair exactly the way you want and talk you through the process.
