Even though they’re a service company and not really a parts dealer, they took the time to identify the correct replacement motor, had one in stock, and were willing to sell it to me so I could install it myself. The replacement was exactly what I needed, the install went smoothly, and the furnace blower is now running quiet again. Really appreciated them helping me out instead of insisting on a full service call. Excellent customer service and I’ll definitely use them in the future.”
