Absolutely terrible lash extensions by the owner, Alisha. She is very unprofessional, when I tried to reach her about the damage and wanted to see if she could help by removing the glued together lashes, or help me with the chemical reaction issues, she called me back 6 days later and would not let me speak, was extremely rude and then hung up. Terrible customer service, I ended up losing my lashes due to reaction to her glue, terrible application and attitude. She said the glue has “rubber” in it, but lasts longer..... Save your $$, eyesight and your lashes, go anywhere else.

Very unfortunate experience. She is by all means great at her work but the environment was uncomfortable for the other clients and myself. There was too much negative energy and not nice things flowing out of her mouth. Very unprofessional bagging on other professionals. There is a time and place to share stories about your personal life. Work is not one of them. I will not return
