Recently, Dr. Harmer took over as the new owner, leading to a name change. The clinic is known for its caring staff who provide attentive service, especially for pets that may be shy or aggressive. Customers praise the clinic for accommodating emergencies and the compassionate care provided by the staff, including Dr. Kelly and the technician Izzy. Customers have been very pleased with the kind, gentle, and friendly approach of the doctors, who take the time to explain issues and treatment plans. While some reviews mention concerns about payment collection and administration of shots, the clinic is overall praised for its kindness, responsiveness, and the quality of care provided to pets and their owners.
I have nothing but good things to say about this office! Both times I have taken my dogs to be seen they were amazing. Most recently my Blue Heeler tore her ACL. The doctor and his assistant were kind and took great care of her. She's on the mend and it didn't cost me an arm and leg to get her treated. They're great!

Took my baby polar bear there (pooh bear for short), he's really a shih tzu (almost 11 years old), they are taking good care of him.
I try to take my kids here, if I can (we travel a lot), as I like the staff, always friendly
