First off we have been customers of zerores for years. Never had any issues. Today there was an issue there was miscommunication. Between the customer representative (CR) and the technician. I relayed some specific instructions to the C.R. The instructions where not followed and this resulted in a unfortunate event occurring. I became very frustrated with the way it was handled. After calling and speaking with the CR Manager (Sam) we came to a very reasonable conclusion. The technician (Paul) was very professional and through in his job.
