Told Plumbing is an honest company! I had problems with my sump pump in the basement and had another plumbing company out and without really looking at it too much they told me I needed a new one and quoted me super high. I talked to Jon at Told Plumbing and he said he would have Kelly come out and look at it and if it needed to be replaced they quoted me way lower than the estimate from the other company. Kelly came out and took a look and told me it was just backed up and he cleaned it out and got it back to working condition. If i have any other plumbing problems I'm going back to Told! Kelly and Jon are awesome!
Amazing guys they installed a new water heater in our duplex the technician was super chill and they do really high quality work, not many people go the extra length to use both pipe tape and pipe dope to seal things they seriously do high quality work and the new water heater works great.
Fast and quality service from my initial call to the end of service. Kelly came to our house today and as scheduled and did a fantastic job. Helping us with the dishwasher, the master shower, the water filter and a toilet. He knew how to solve every issue and was very professional. Very happy either way the service.
