Pyne Floor Coverings, founded in 1959 by Gary Pyne, has provided quality service and installation for over 50 years and three generations. Customers have used Pyne Flooring multiple times over the years and have always received great work. The teams are very careful, knowledgeable, and professional, and they really know what they are doing. They have refinished red oak floors, replaced carpet with new oak, and laced in new pieces. They got rid of creaks and dovetailed new into old, leaving beautiful floors. The teams were on time, very efficient, and thorough. They removed tile, carpet, and older flooring, and installed LVP floor and stair carpeting. Customers appreciated that the crew was careful with baseboards and thoughtful in their work, taking pride in it. A bare/raw finish felt softer and more rustic, and pricing was fairly moderate for the quality work. Helpful staff in the store answered questions and helped pick out colors, making the process seamless. Pyne Flooring fixed previous sanding marks and blotching stains, leaving a beautiful floor in its place. Customers would recommend Pyne Flooring to anyone and will use them again for the next project.
Incredible experts craftsmanship! We had our wooden floors refinished and our entire house carpeted by Pyne, they were incredible to work with. Their workers are professional, polite, and expert craftsman. Their office manager Megan was very easy to work with and accommodating. Thank you so much. :)
This is the third time we have used Pyne Flooring over the years. They have always done great work. They are very careful, knowledgeable and professional . They really know what they are doing. We had them redo our red oak floors and replace carpet with new oak. They got rid of creaks and dovetailed new into old. It looks very pretty. We were hoping to coordinate the still red oak staircase with the new floor and I think it looks pretty good.
I would recommend them. In the past we did LVP in the basement and new carpeting. Many years ago they did tile in our kitchen. Megan in the store was very helpful in picking out colors and floors for different purposes....read full review
We’ve used Pyne for both refinishing our hardwood floors and ordering a custom bound carpet rug. Meagan was super helpful answering our questions and helping us pick out colors. She responded quickly and made the process seamless. Very happy with our experiences with Pyne both times! Thank you!
