We brought our 100-pound matted long-haired husky mix to Monica today. No small challenge! She was super helpful getting him into the store, which he was nervous about. She looked him over and listened to what I wanted done. She explained her plan and the pricing, and she didn't even laugh at the bald spots I had created trying to fix him myself. 😳 She managed to get the matting out without having to shave anything and she evened out the mess I made. She did an amazing job with him and I'll never take him anywhere else. I'm super impressed.
Andrea always does a phenomenal job with my boxadors! You can tell that she sincerely loves animals. She is meticulous and gentle and my dogs leave even happier than when they get dropped off.
