I've had crowns with Dr. Marks, root canals with Dr. Franco and most recently a gum graft with Dr. Swenson. I've had my teeth cleaned at their facilities as well. The treatments I've pursued were my decisions based upon expert input and analysis from the Drs. I've never felt pressured to have a specific procedure. Their recommendations were always balanced and sought to address my dental care needs and wants (in some cases). The office staff at the various facilities are all great too. They are kind, friendly and professional. I'm glad that I found Platinum Dental. They have dental services from A-Z, all that can be done in-house at multiple facilities. Most notably, the Drs personally checked in with me via either a phone call or text message to see how I was doing after each major procedure. This level of engagement and care is rare. “I have been absolutely bullied & traumatized by dentists in the past, to the point that I neglected my dental health because I was terrified of going to any dentist again. These folks however literally changed my life. I broke a tooth during an epileptic seizure and I cried the whole drive to their office for fear of having another horrible experience. They fixed my tooth in probably 30min, were not judgmental and were downright sweet to me, and it wasn’t even very expensive— WITHOUT insurance! I cried more, but they were happy tears.
