They only steam cleaned it with a wand like most companies do, rather than scrubbing the carpet with a rotary scrub machine...but as I said, that's normal for most companies. If you want a company to scrub your carpet really clean, you'll need to pay for it, but you can find a company that offers that service and let them know you want the scrub machine and not just the steam wand.”
