“Izzy is a wonderful addition to this shop. She was so so sweet to me and my pups! I never know what kind of cut I want for them so I told her “just make em’ look cute” and boy did she deliver! She even listened to concerns I had about ear infections and food getting stuck in their beards and she adjusted their haircuts accordingly to make life at home easier. She is amazing at her job and very knowledgeable about pets beyond their hair. I’m looking forward to our next appointment with her!“

“Wow. Wow. Wow. My sweet Golden Retriever, Sunny, just came home from being groomed and HOLY COW she’s the softest I’ve ever felt her in my life. Like, she’s puppy soft. Her perfectly trimmed and shaped belly and ears brought tears to my eyes. She had surgery a few years ago on her back legs, and her bum fur never grew back the same. I have been sad because she used to have the fluffiest bum. SOMEHOW they got that bum fur to be soft and fluffy again!! Thank you for providing an exceptional service and for making my sweet pup feel safe and loved!“

“Love this place. I've brought my Yorkies to them for several years. My new Yorkie just had his second grooming (he's not quite 6 months old) and he looks great. The groomer said he fell asleep while she was working on him. That tells me he felt pretty secure. ?“

“Fantastic experience!!! And my cat LOVED it. He's a very nervous little guy and she was super helpful with making sure I knew how he was doing. She definitely knows cats (and cares about them!) no way would my guy tolerate a loud groomer with chaos and dogs everywhere. This was a nice chill experience for him. And he looked so good!“

“Terrific Vet!! Not sure who the Vets were during the other reviews but we have always had a good experience here. The Vets that we have seen have always been friendly and honestly concerned with the well being of our animals. The staff is friendly and accommodating (to the best of their ability) for scheduling. They stay busy and I have seen several repeat customers, I don't see how they can be that bad... See them once for your self, esp Doctor Palmer and then decide...“

“We love love LOVE the team here! When we rescued our senior dog he was in rough shape and our usual vet couldn't get him in even after we explained the situation. Birch Creek got him in immediately and took excellent care of him and went above and beyond. The vet even called us while on vacation to give us lab results! Since then, we've transferred our other two dogs' records there and they are consistently patient, can always get us in if we have something urgent come up, and are so sweet to our three dogs even though they HATE going to the vet and can be difficult little patients while there . The vets and techs there also take their time and make sure all questions are answered and give lots of options and information every appointment. They also walked us through every price point and gave us several options of things there as well. Their bedside manner is so great and we are so thankful we found them! (For the record, we have seen multiple providers here, but usually see Richardson or Klar!)“
