Hi this is addy I went to go get my nails today and they are perfect. I love them and I'm rating this place five stars. I don't know why it's 2.6 but my nails are gorgeous

We both got good pedicures, but our presence felt like an imposition to the people we were paying. It also would have been nice to know before I took my shoes off that it is cash only and they demanded we walk across the street in our foam flops in fifteen degree weather to go get cash. Customer service is extremely lacking. There are plenty of other great places in the area to go

Under staffed, dirty, not relaxing at all. There were 3 people working but 5 clients in there. Two of the staff would work on a client a for a few minutes, and then move to the next one, then come back to the first client. Over half their nail polish choices are sitting in a pile on the floor, and there is junk piled up everywhere. Staff was some what friendly, they didn’t seem happy.
