The reception staff is warm and welcoming, while the veterinarians, such as Dr. Caplis, are described as extremely thorough, caring, and proactive in their approach. Clients appreciate the clinic's ability to identify issues that other vets may have missed and the respectful and considerate end-of-life care services provided. Overall, the clinic is praised for its excellent veterinary knowledge, empathy, and commitment to the well-being of both pets and their owners.
