I brought my hard drive in a few months ago for repair. The owner was kind and I dropped it off with my number in a plastic bag. He called to say he couldn't repair my drive, and I'd need to come pick it up. He isn't always in the office, so you have to coordinate with him a time to come get your drive. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick up my drive in a reasonable amount of time (about 3 months, which I understand is inconvenient) due to car and other life issues. Without calling me or notifying me at all (and yes, I did write down my number in the bag with my hard drive), he recycled it. I lost about 4 years of work that I now can not get back.... read full review

David was extremely responsive and quick with his service and diagnosis of the problem. He had it back to me in less than a day.
