I brought my hard drive in a few months ago for repair. The owner was kind and I dropped it off with my number in a plastic bag. He called to say he couldn't repair my drive, and I'd need to come pick it up. He isn't always in the office, so you have to coordinate with him a time to come get your drive. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick up my drive in a reasonable amount of time (about 3 months, which I understand is inconvenient) due to car and other life issues. When I can't fix my computer, I know who to call. PCXpansion (the owner is David) almost always answers the phone right away; they come to my home or I can drop my PC off in Heber; they fix it promptly; and the price is very reasonable. Excellent service!

I own rental properties in the Park City area and live out of state. This week renters reported that the Wi-Fi was not working in the condo. I called the PCXpansion number at 7:30 PM. The owner called me first thing the following morning and changed his schedule to service my tenant. By 10:30 AM he was at the property, replaced the router, and reprogramed all Wi-Fi connected devices. His knowledge and responsiveness is outstanding. His pricing for the router and his labor beat Best Buy hands down!
