We had a pretty severe water leak in our basement that caused extensive damage to the drywall and fireplace. Shawn was able to give a very competitive bid. He explained all that would go in to replacing everything that was damaged and gave us a timeline as to when we could expect the project to be completed. We had family coming into town, so time was of the essence! Shawn was able to complete the work before the deadline, stay within the quoted budget and the finished result was better than expected!
