I had a great experience at mountain valley eye institute. They make it very easy and really enjoyed all the people there. I used to go there years ago and they've really vamped up the place!!
I could not be more happy with the results I got from Doctors Smiths procedure. I went from not being able to se anything clearly with a lot of stigmatization to having almost perfect vision. Doctor Smiths and his employees are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
My experience here was exceptional. The receptionist at the front desk was kind and welcoming and the technician who did my initial exam was personable and friendly. Dr. Smith was professional and took time to thoughtfully respond to all my questions. The staff was also extremely supportive in figuring out the benefits of my insurance coverage. Miriam helped me with selecting new frames, was so patient while I tried on multiple pairs, and provided helpful feedback and suggestions on which style looked the best! Thanks to all for for your incredible time and support, I highly recommend Mountain Valley Eye Institute!
