2nd time coming to this salon as I am only in the area seasonally. They did a great job w my blonde full highlights, but my stylist added on multiple additional charges without telling me! One was for an extra bowl of color ($50, I guess since my hair is longer) and second was for my root smudge. I expected the total to be about $125 as they told me on the phone for a Jr Stylist but it ended up being $260 after tax and tip. I just wish there was more transparency during the process! This did not happen to me last time I got my hair done here. Would not have done the $60 root smudge if I had known the cost ! Best haircut experience I've ever had and I'm 37! Not only was the staff great but my hairstylist was amazing, Mel. Thank you for making my mom time experience great and listening to me babble, we took turns! I wish I lived local, she would be my permanent person! Thank you so much! Must go!!
