“We had a crew headed by Parker out to remove some dead trees (13 or so) and do general tree pruning and skirting (for fire protection). Without exception, the crew was polite, interactive, and answered all of our questions. They were careful when it came to safety and did an excellent job of cleanup afterwards. Prior to their coming Sav-A-Tree's arborist Robert came by to help identify the trees which needed removal and those which could be skirted for the cause of fire prevention. He was very knowledgeable about the health of the trees, and which of those could be saved with remedial treatment. Also based on Robert's diagnosis of some ill trees, Amber came out to spray our conifers. Much like the crew we had today she was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable when it came to general horticultural questions.“
