I could write a book! Laurie represented me on the sale of one home and the purchase of another. I am a realtor in a different state and a lawyer. The transactions involved many complications including a toxic HOA and skittish buyers. They involved a double 1031 exchange and lots of moving parts. Only once in a lifetime does a broker come around who is as exceptional and knowledgeable at what she does as Laurie. I would call her the Brokers Broker, since we came to her as a developer/broker to close out our development project known as Deer Vista in Park City, Utah. Laurie not only listed our properties but worked tirelessly and diligently to procure the buyer and then actively participated in all aspects of the deal to get to a successful closing.
