Every time I give my business, it’s ridiculously scorching hot in that store during summer! It’s over 100 degrees in there despite doors are open with a fan that they’re using. Is there even an AC in there???!! Ridiculous!

I took 4 items to Edgemont with stains when peach juice spilled on my items in the car while travelling. I got all 4 items back with the same stains. Looks like they just pressed and didn't clean. The juice shouldn't be a tough stain to get out and I got it out easily on one of the shirts.

Unfortunately the only local option. I brought in an expensive item of clothing with a fresh red wine splotch, specifically to clean said splotch. Which I told the young woman working the register. When I picked it up, the stain hadn't been treated, and unfortunately, drying an item sets the stain permanently. The man at the counter told me 'oh yeah we have a lot of problems with her, she never enters stuff like that you have to make sure she does'. One wonders how any customer would somehow know that, and why they'd charge me for their own mistake. Very frustrating.
