We asked them to replace our old rotten wood fascia and soffits with metal fascia and soffits and they did a fantastic job. They were quick and friendly to discuss options with. They even handled some oddities with the siding of our 1970s house that required some creative thinking. I highly recommend them!

I was so pleased with the job Steve Mortensen Construction did on my barn remodel in Wellsville. The price was very competitive and Steve and his crew were hardworking and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Because he is so well respected for his experience in Cache Valley, Steve stays booked and busy, so I had to be patient and persistent. It was worth it, though, because the quality of the work is excellent and he came out personally (after he had been paid in full) to rework an area that I was worried about.
