Rumours is the best place in town to go for men's haircuts. The staff is always polite and friendly. Jessica Tebbs gives the best scalp massage. It feels so good.! While I was getting my haircut, a woman from out of town came in and asked to have the color strip from her hair, and have her haircut. Jessica happily stayed after hours to take care of the the woman's hair. On another occasion, there was A woman from out of town who needed her nails touched up, and Jessica happily made her an appointment for the next day. I always get a great haircut and appreciate the local banter.

I HIGHLY recommend Jessica Miller and this salon. When you move to a new town and have no recommendations for a new hair dresser, it is always a bit of a gamble.I’m glad I wound up with Jessica. She did a superb root touch up and matched my highlights, then did a very professional trim.When I walked in, I joked that all she had to do was make me look 20 years younger for my upcoming anniversary.I walked out feeling that she achieved that goal. I am from Las Vegas but vacation frequently in Utah. I was told about Rumors salon and thought I would give it a try. The salon definitely lived up to its name. The staff and locals spent time talking and sharing about thier families and local events. But these rumors were the good kind. I definitely felt like the new girl in town when I walked in, but was greeted quickly by Chantell. She was going to give me a cut and fix my color that has been neglected since march due to COVID-19. I had the best time listening to the conversations. When a local would walk in everybody knew thier name. I quickly felt like I fit right in. We had a few hours of conversation and good laughs....read full review
