Charlie rescued me big time tonight out in the forest roads near Bryce Canyon NP. It was dark, 10 degrees outside (-9 with the 20mph+ windchill), and he came right away. Pulled me out of a 3ft+ erosion ditch hidden by a snowbank and then led me all the way out of the backroads to safety. Communicated well, showed up exactly when he said he would, and made quick work of what could’ve been an ugly situation.
Joel and Charlie are great to work with. They were very creative and professional on getting out my Truck. Greatful they offer this service as I was in a bind. AAA couldn't help me, sherrif's office couldn't help me, but Bryce Canyon Towing could. Thanks for doing a great job and getting my family back on the road!
