“I am posting this on behalf of my parents who do not have FB: "I share the fence with Kristy Withers, who left a negative review. She grossly misrepresented what happened. She claims we went behind her back to make changes to the contract, but no changes were made. She just doesn’t like the fence we agreed on. The contract, signed by Kristy’s husband, clearly stated what fence we ordered and paid for. Standard Fence installed that fence in a timely and workmanlike manner, but it did not match the fence Kristy was expecting. Marty even added an additional screen to the fence at his own expense, in an attempt to satisfy her. I guess satisfaction is off the table. I highly recommend Standard Fence. Marty’s prices are very fair, he listens to the client to offer possible fence solutions, and his work crew was polite and efficient and did a good job. I will definitely call Standard Fence again if I need further fence work. His attempts to satisfy one dissatisfied client went beyond expectation or obligation. My opinion is that he strives to be honest in all his dealings."“
