I have been going here for over a year. I love YogaSix! Even though a lot of the instructors have changed, they always provide excellent instructors. I am 59, and feel like I have really benefited from yoga. I am stronger and more flexible.
The teachers are fantastic and very personable! After every class the teacher always comes up to my personally and ask how it was for me! They also do a create job creating a unique yoga environment with changing color lights, cold oil infused towels, and more!
YogaSix is awesome. I have been doing ultramarathons for years and so I felt like my fitness level was always where I wanted it. But, this adds a whole new level. All the instructors are great!
