Upright Spine was great to work with me. Since my services were not covered by insurance, they made their services affordable for me. I saw considerable improvement in my back health and experiences much less pain after following their program and renting their customized chair. I have recommended them to others and even bought a chair for my 89-year-old mother.

I injured a disc at the gym - 6/10 gnawing pain with no improvement for 3 days. These guys at Upright knew exactly what to do for short term relief and long term strengthening. I have no residual problems. I work among spine physicians and am “in the know.” Michael and his team are truly experts with the spine. All of their coaching and products are based years of sound research and clinical experience.
