I just stopped by not long before closing time on a Saturday. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He even volunteered extra information to save me from trouble during installation. I was also happy with prices compared to what I had seen online for the part I was getting (and which wasn't available at the big home improvement stores)
These guys are downright awesome! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and know there stuff, but they are very kind and friendly and above all, they have great prices! Which, I can't say for some of their competitors. Matt, Jenny, and Austin are great to work with, and they will do their best to always take care of you! 100% top recommendation!
I needed to convert a fairly large flower bed to a drip system and had been putting it off because it was causing me so much anxiety. I finally went to Sprinkler World in Orem and Austin Johnson resolved all my concerns. He was amazing! He took the time to walk the aisles with me and explain everything I needed and helped me find all the right parts. I installed the system and it needed a little tweaking. I went back to the store and again, Austin was kind and patient and very helpful. Thank you!
