I’ve only started getting my nails done in the last year so I’m not familiar with many techniques or what to expect but I can tell you why I love Scarlet. She’s warm, friendly, and very helpful. She keeps working with me to try solutions to the problems I get with my nails. When she moved from the salon where I met her to start her own salon, I lost touch with her and tried a couple other places. There was one place where the nail technician did very precise and efficient work but I didn’t want to go back because she was abrupt with me—yelling at me to wash my hands first when I approached her—and she made no attempts at conversation. This has been my best experience getting a pedicure! Scarlett is awesome. I definitely recommend her. She gives so much attention to detail. My nails looks perfect and the massage with hot stones was such a nice surprise. She is very talented, and also very sweet.
Scarlet is such a gem ?! I enjoyed my time in her chair. I think it makes a huge difference that she speaks English and very well at that. I was able to effectively communicate ? to her my expectations, my concerns with my nails, and other things. Even just having conversations with her was much more enjoyable than it normally is at other salons here in Utah. ❤️She was thorough, and worked together with me to make sure I was happy with the results.
