The service and price and value were great! I would have given 5 stars but the first time a tech came to replace my windshield he noticed that the new glass was broken. He should have noticed this before coming to replace my glass. Thank for the great service!

I had a really big rock chip in my windshield and Chance at this Safelight was waiting for me when I got there. It took him a grand total of 10 minutes to fix the chip! He said that there might be a small indent where it was, but that it cleaned up pretty well. Pretty well? It was amazing! It took me a solid 3 minutes of looking before I found the smallest hint of what used to be the rock chip. It's like it never happened! Well done, Chance!

We are traveling, 4 week trip. A huge stone hit the windshield between Laramie & Rawlins WY. I called Safelight, Customer Service was excellent, made an 8AM appointment at our next stop, Orem UT. Blake, the tech in Orem, opened the doors early and made the repair on the car. He explained the entire process, what expect, and when I could wash the car safely. The repair took 15 minutes, not 45 minutes as the paperwork indicated. Overall a very pleasant experience, other than that darn rock.
