We had a good install experience of our new hvac system with Roberts mechanical but then had problems with our fan operation and trying to get a return call or service appointment has been impossible. It seems like once you’ve paid them the money they’re done with you.

One of their male employees driving a truck verbally accosted me while I was alone with my child. I felt completely unsafe around the driver of this truck out in public, I would never feel safe with him in MY HOME.Be wary of who you let in your home. The way these men conduct themselves in general public is very telling.

The quality of service provided was excellent. Rick gave us all the information we needed to make a decision regarding a ductless system for our remodel. We ended up going with his recommendation and we have loved it! In addition to the quality workmanship, we also were able to stay within our budget.
