I have been using Reynold’s for a little over 5 years, and they have been great to work with. I can always tell when it is getting close to needing another treatment because that is the only time I will see a bug in my house. They have always been great at getting me back on the schedule for a re-treat if needed, especially for wasps in the summer. We also had a vole issue our first summer and they came and did several treatments for that. We haven’t had any vole issues since. Every summer we have several sales people who try to get me to switch and I always tell them no. Reynold’s has great service because they are a local company. (And just as a side note, if the door salesman tells you Reynolds doesn’t remove wasp nests from the upper levels of your house, this is a complete lie). Reynolds is honest and great to work with and I always recommend them to anyone I know looking for pest control services.
They are very timely manner their staff respects our home and wears boot covers to prevent getting our home dirty! We have used them for a couple years and are very happy with the outcomes.
