Provo Health is great, super friendly, and top notch advice. But they have some administration problems that they need to work out. Massage appointment was cancelled but I wasn't notified until I turned up, which means taking valuable time out of my work day is wasted. They give valuable health advice (brilliant content), and promote on social media, but when claiming the offers they often don't have the appropriate service selection available. Eg schedule blood test but no such service exists to book for the new practitioners doing them. Also, they never respond to message on FB about booking, not sure since they use it. This clinic has completely changed my life. I was so sick & dealing with major digestive issues and parasites. I got a hair analysis 10+ months ago and had two more since then, they helped show me what foods my body needed to heal and now I have little to no issues. I will forever be a client here and trust them wholeheartedly. The journey is never ending but this clinic has truly changed my life.
