The technician did an excellent after he arrived and completing my requested service. I have suggestions for the company. I wanted to be home when the service was performed. I called and was told he would arrive between 1:00 and 5:00. I ask if we could narrow the window down. I was told the technician could call be when he was one hour away from my residence. He arrived without a call at 11:15. Recommend you review communications procedures and look at ways to narrow the window and make it a little more accurate. Next I observed where he was spraying. It did not include window wells. I have three with easy access so. I ask if he could spray into them through the grates....read full review
