After a disappointing experience during my visit, I left a review expressing my concerns. To their credit, the salon reached out promptly and made a genuine effort to make things right, which I really appreciate. While I’ve decided not to return as their style isn’t the best fit for me personally, I do want to acknowledge their professionalism and willingness to take responsibility. That speaks well of their customer service.
This nail bar is absolutely the best!! I have been to get my nails done 3 times now and have never been disappointed. Haidyn is the absolute best and so kind and she just makes you feel so comfortable. Before going here I would just pick a random nail place and I never felt welcome and always felt rushed out the door..well never again after coming here! The attention to detail is amazing! I’ve been coming to Emma rose nails since the beginning and I have nothing but amazing experiences! Her application is fantastic and each design is so beautiful and precise. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade their nail game!
