PPM was marvelous. They came right out after my call to see what was wrong so they could order parts, if needed. He drove all the way up to Bountiful to get them first thing this morning, and came straight to my house and it’s all done. He was so polite and friendly, very courteous I would recommend them to everyone. I felt like he went the extra mile!! ?
I loved these guys . . From the office staff to the installers, they were professional, helpful, informative, and friendly. And they worked us in right away, giving emergency service WITHOUT the emergency service price!
Had a bathroom faucet not working. Russ was the tech and he had a very pleasant personality. He was friendly and new how to the problem.
I would recommend him to anyone for a plumbing problem.
