Irlanda is a miracle worker! I went in with the knot of all knots causing me a lot of pain and she hit it from every angle. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and precise. Be aware: if you’re new to massage, it’s not always a quick fix and it can be painful, but you can always tell them to lighten the pressure. I just try to breath through it because sometimes you need that elbow digging in to get your angry muscles to release.
Jennifer was PHENOMENAL! First time here for me and first time getting a prenatal massage. Honestly it was one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. I feel so relaxed, even at 40 1/2 weeks! My back has been killing me for most of my pregnancy and she worked so efficiently on it and I feel amazing! 10/10 would recommend this place! They had the special table where I could lay on my stomach without squishing the baby and it was SO WORTH EVERY PENNY!
