Many thanks to Lisa, the manager. She patiently helped me with new glasses and spending time with her is like visiting a friend. She did everything possible to make sure I got what I wanted without any pressure. She is definitely a tremendous asset to LensCrafters.
James was extremely kind in helping our family each time we have been in to the store and on the phone. His knowledge on the meta products was helpful in making our decision, and he accommodated and compensated without hesitation for an error from a previous employee. We will always count on James every time our family needs to update our glasses.
The staff at the Orem Mall always seems to have slight issues ordering, but they are vigilant and always get the job done. I also buy from America's Best and Sunglass Hut, but I wish I had all those purchases at LensCrafters. LensCrafters has better contracts with companies to secure different models, whereas places like Sunglass Hut are limited in what they can sell.
