We moved recently to Utah, and had two others companies clean for us. They both were decent, but I did not feel they deep cleaned during their normal service. One company told me that’s not part of their standard clean and I can’t find expect that but they would charge me more if wanted. I’ve used cleaning services for over 10 years and thought this was absurd. When I found Becky I was elated. She does what I called deep cleaning every time she comes. And then she does a deep clean every fourth time beyond my standards, which is part of her normal service. She is timely, considerate, friendly, and just gets everything so fresh and clean. I love how the house even smells after. She gives me a nice checklist of everything that she does, and has done for each of the rooms. Normally cleaning starts slacking a bit but she never has. I have used KleenSlate for many years and have decided I can't live without them! They are professional, do an AMAZING job and I trust having them in my home. Becky, the owner, texts me the night before our appt to remind me of the appt (which I appreciate). They arrive on time, work hard and leave my home spotless and smelling incredible! When my home is finished I receive a VenMo request which is so convenient. I will use KleenSlate for years to come bc I am so happy with their services.
I have been using Kleen Slate for over 16 years. Becky (owner) is fast and detailed about everything. She has a key to my house - it's a treat to have a house clean while I'm out of town! She brings her own cleaning supplies and takes the dirty with her.
