$700.00, vehicle was towed police involvement. Less than 24 hours, from start to finish. “ they had to wait” there rate. Use with caution and avoid unless you want to be ripped off. I will post an itemized copy of the receipt if and when I get it.

Drivers think they are flawless. Had a mishap in a parking lot where I almost backed in to one of their vehicles. No biggie I have people almost back into me all the time. Who hasn't had that happen before? Decent human beings just shrug it off as an oops and carry on.

On the street when the driver passed me he just couldn't pass up the opportunity to give me the bird. I called the company and spoke to Mark, who tried justifying the behavior as normal for the industry. Apparently Mark thinks that it's ok for his employees to be crude and rude. I am not sure I would trust this company to be very honest.

Towing companies don't usually top the charts when it comes to businesses that people have fond opinions of. Any day you meet a tow truck is probably a bad day. That being said, JDK has some especially bad business practices.

Most towing companies will charge a storage fee to keep your car in their yard. That's fine, otherwise they'd just end up becoming a junkyard. JDK really goes the extra mile to make your life difficult with their hours, though. All their listed hours (at time of posting) are 8AM-5PM. Most people work those hours, so taking time off of work is tricky and ultimately results in more time that your car is sitting in their lot making them money...read full review
