Today was my 4th laser treatment (1st at ideal image Orem) and it was a great experience, Abby at the front desk was delightful, so welcoming and answered all my questions and Lela was so kind and understanding and made me feel so comfortable during my treatment. Overall an amazing experience! Can’t recommend them enough.

Lela is fabulous! She's very professional, She listens to you and knows exactly what to do. She's extremely competent and personable. Abby is very informative and easy to talk to at the front desk, as well.. I absolutely would never go anywhere else! Love this place!

I have been going to Ideal Image for about 4 years now The receptionists are always warm and welcoming :) They are very Knowledgeable about the services and products there. I have had cool sculpting, cool tone, Botox, lip, filler, and cheek filler. And I have had great results and would do it all over again!! I have been to a few different people there. They were all good, but Audrey is my favorite!! she is my go to girl every time! She goes the extra mile on everything she does! She takes her time and is very meticulous. And personally, that is what I want (I’m sure most people do.) when you are getting fillers and Botox injected in your face!... read full review
