I called in to reschedule a class that I bought for my sister, because she wasn't able to get to it. And change the email on file. And Alexis, the person who picked up the call, was the absolute sweetest person, and did her best to get the problem solved and rectified. She was professional, kind, and very considerate. Just from that call alone, they'll probably have a repeating customer. I haven't been into the studio myself, but I'm definitely thinking of making myself a full customer. Or at least buying myself a class (minimum) to check the place out. Thank you Alexis for making it a seamless process. I really appreciate you. ❤️

Went to a class for my birthday with friends & had so much fun! Alexis was so amazing, she was so kind & helpful. As a beginner & doing something for the very first time, that’s important to me. I can’t wait to go back!

I never ever would have tried pole fitness. At least if it wasn’t for my friend who impregnated my thoughts with the idea that it could be something fun to try. The instructor on pole 1.0 friendly Friday was fantastic at demos and explanation. Sure I asked her to show me each move maybe 20 times but her continued explanation allowed me to finally get a grasp on the pole both physically and metaphorically and understand what the hell I was trying to do. I would recommend coming here to anyone who is a little shy and eager to learn you’ll feel very welcome.
