You guys need to give Miss Alma a raise ASAP! She cut my hair today and did an amazing job. Not only did she follow the instructions perfectly and was very attentive to detail, but she was SO friendly and customer-service oriented.
I’ve been getting my hair cut for decades and she was easily nicest, friendliest, and most thorough person I’ve dealt with.
Seriously, if you haven’t given her a raise in a while, you really need to.
I usually go to different great clips locations throughout the valley to get my haircuts, And I’ve gone through this one a few times. All my experiences have been amazing so far, But today was just so good. I had to leave a review. First off checking in online is a must. I love having updated notes for my haircuts every time! Karen did an exceptional job today taking care of me! I wanted to switch up my style, but wasn’t 100% confident what I wanted to do. She helped me sort out my ideas and give me a haircut that’s one of my favorite to this date. I could’ve not asked for a more WOW’ing experience! I get a little nervous when get my hair cut because I have scalp psoriasis. Riley was super nice and did a fantastic job of making me feel welcome. Next time I need a hair cut I will be retuning to this location. ♡♡♡♡♡
