Everyone at Great Clips in Orem (Orchards) is fabulous! My son in law from Kansas says he comes to this Great Clips for his best hair cuts. Each stylist is skilled, attentive, and friendly. My pre-teen daughter has a new confidence after her recent hair cut feeling beautiful, just like what you want as they go back to school in junior high. I love the stylists! They treat me like family, yet they have a professionalism that reflects their skills. The Orchard Great Clips is my high-end salon for sure! Love it there!
My stylist Alma was the kindest, sweetest lady I've ever had give me a haircut. She was very attentive to my wants and explained her process as she went to make sure I would be satisfied at the end. She was endlessly complimentary of me and had me leaving the salon feeling confident and looking great. An absolutely wonderful experience.
You guys need to give Miss Alma a raise ASAP! She cut my hair today and did an amazing job. Not only did she follow the instructions perfectly and was very attentive to detail, but she was SO friendly and customer-service oriented.
