Great experience! The Orem Giant Carpet One Floor staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to pick out what I needed and wanted. The installers were quick and efficient. All in all a great experience.

We’ve been customers of the Orem Giant Carpet One store for more than 10 years and have had uniformly good experiences with them. They’ve removed and installed carpet and pad in two entire homes for us and the process from choosing carpet and pad to installation has been a pleasure. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly but maybe more importantly, they are budget conscious and willing to suggest products and ideas we wouldn’t have considered. In one specific incident, their suggestion of a thicker pad, made a world of difference in our home. Five years later everyone who walks on our carpet talks about how soft and luxurious it feels!
