We've have had such a great experience with Giant Carpet One Floor & Home! We've purchased carpet from them several times. The sales team is super knowledgeable and always helps us understand all the different options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. They make the whole process easy and even enjoyable.
When it comes to installation, the crew is always fantastic—on time, professional, and very detail-oriented. They work quickly but still make sure everything looks perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with how our floors turned out.
From start to finish, the customer service is top-notch. Everyone we have interacted with genuinely cares about making sure we are satisfied. We would absolutely recommend Giant Carpet One to anyone looking for new flooring.

Reviews
I had a gouge out of my LVP in the middle of my kitchen. They sent an installer out named Danny who came by and fixed it with witchcraft methods without having to tear about my whole floor, just one piece. It was really cool to watch him work.
Hired giant carpet to do LVP in my condo I was remodelling. They were fantastic. Did exactly what they said they were going to do. I had Danny as my installer, guy clearly knows what he's doing. Absolute pro especially when it came to the finish details on my stairs
