I had cute haircut with Lindsey, she was super sweet giving me the gentle hair wash that was so relaxing ☺️ and the cute haircut is what I love ❤️ it was such a great experience here.

I was a little irritated because I walked in and set up an appointment for my daughter. First I was told to come back in an hour. Then one of the girls appointments didn't arrive so I was told they would take her back right after cleaning up. 10 min later her appointment walked in 15 min late. She took her back and didn't even address us at all. Another girl came in and took my daughter back and did an excellent cut. So great cut, pretty lousy customer care and communication. Still gave it 4 stars because I don't think anyone expects great customer service from Fantastic Sam's. And she is thrilled with her cut.

I went in asking for a big chop and little color. I went from hair down to my elbows to a cute collarbone layered look! I also wanted a super natural balayage that didn’t look blonde, but rather light brown. Julia did my color and style and absolutely killed it! She is so fun to talk with and keeps the energy alive. Anika did my cut and crushed it! They also gave me a little snack as I waited for my hair to lighten.
